Hello, my name is Robert Howell. I am blessed with a wonderful wife, Brooke, and three beautiful daughters: Bexleigh, Rubi, and Remi. My professional journey spans a career in law enforcement, where I have served in various capacities, from a basic jailer to SWAT operations and law enforcement administration.

I have been passionately practicing Jiu-Jitsu for 17 years and have earned the rank of Blackbelt. My mission is to teach and demonstrate the transformative power of Jiu-Jitsu, highlighting its relevance and benefits in all aspects of life. I am dedicated to sharing this incredible art daily, grounded in my faith as a follower of Jesus, and strive to inspire and uplift others through my teachings.

Bullying can affect kids' confidence and happiness. Our Bully Prevention Event uses Taekwondo techniques to empower kids, helping them build self-esteem and learn how to handle bullying situations with courage and respect.
